Today is Bell Let’s Talk Day 2019.

The hashtag #BellLetsTalk is trending all over social media and this initiative last year resulted in Bell committing almost $7M more for mental health.

In conjunction with this awareness day, ThreeSixty wanted to provide you with mental health and crisis resources for our local areas.
